I am committed to losing weight. I currently weigh any about 260-275. I am committed to losing weight until I get down to 180. So nearly 100lbs. I am going to be posting daily promises. A plan for what I will eat for the day and an exercise plan. Some of the exercise plan won't make to much sense because I have done kung fu for 19 years and I will be talking a little about that, however I will be talking about working out at 24 hour fitness as well.
I am promising to lose 95lbs in the next 90 days. Tomorrow will be the first day I will be embarking upon this plan. Tomorrow I will be working from 12-10pm. I have a horrible habit of drinking soda all day long at work. I work as a delivery driver for a philly cheese steak restaurant so bad food and drinks are abundant. Tomorrow I am promising not to drink any soda. Water is all I will drink for the entire 10 hours I am there. I am also promising to do at least one round of yueh fei's 18 continuous postures. (a set of kung fu exercises)
I will post tomorrow about how I did and I will make new promises at that time. I will also be uploading some images of what I look like now so I can track my progress.
