Today I promised not to drink any soda. I succeeded! I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it was. I just finished the kung fu routine that I said I would do. I almost wrote that I didn't do the kung fu routine but decided to get up off my butt and do what I said I would do. So to day was a success over all.
I started to get some soda out of habit when I first got to work but I remembered my promise and reconsidered and I got water. This blog is a great accountability tool for me. I mean the reason I did what I said I would do today was because I knew I had made a promise and that I would have to write about it tonight. I also
I can't say the whole day was healthy by any means however. I had a Rueben sandwich for lunch which is hardly good for me. I also snacked on various other things that were bad for me for the day. I had an entire package of Oreos, chips, and various other items that I was just grazing on through out the day. Not so good.
For tomorrow I am promising to eat a chicken breast sandwich for lunch. I will drink primarily water. I will likely have some tea as well. Still no soda.
I will do another set of my kung fu exercise set again tomorrow. So until tomorrow have a great day!
